In this role, you'll:
- Develop compelling narratives and communication materials that position Transport products and services for successful adoption.
- Deliver targeted messaging, training and reference materials in a complex, multi-stakeholder product environment.
- Support annual campaign budget briefings by preparing clear, strategic materials that enable informed planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate across teams to strengthen go-to-market readiness and support positive customer and stakeholder outcomes.
About You
- You have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in communications, change management or a related field.
- You’re recognised as a compelling storyteller, skilled at translating complex concepts into clear customer value propositions.
- You bring experience in go-to-market communications and cross-functional collaboration to achieve cohesive product launches and adoption.
- You can turn customer and product data into meaningful stories that help stakeholders understand customer needs, product value and opportunities for growth.
