About Our Client Our client is a U.S.-based ecommerce marketing agency specializing in scaling direct-to-consumer brands through performance-driven advertising. They are known for their ability to reliably advertise in restricted niches while maintaining strong campaign performance and compliance with advertising policies. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer with a strong background in ecommerce campaigns . You will manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads accounts for direct-to-consumer brands while working closely with founders and the internal team. This role requires strong performance marketing skills and the ability to manage campaigns focused on ROAS and revenue growth . Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce brands Work across Performance Max, Shopping, Search, and Display campaigns Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign performance Conduct keyword research and search term analysis Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding Identify opportunities to scale campaigns profitably Participate in client calls and present performance insights Qualifications 4–5 years of Google Ads media buying experience for ecommerce brands (non-negotiable) Strong expertise in Performance Max, Google Shopping, and Search campaigns Proven success managing campaigns focused on ROAS Experience managing large advertising budgets Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns Experience communicating directly with clients Nice to Have Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced tracking Experience with Merchant Center and feed optimization Agency experience Google Ads certifications Offer Details Remote (North America preferred) Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST or CST Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 USD per month Contract: Full-time remote contractor Hiring Steps Initial Zabota Screening Client Interview Practical Task or Second Interview Offer
