Group Chief Executive Officer

Role Description The Group Chief Executive Officer is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The role is responsible for setting and executing group-wide strategy, overseeing financial performance, and driving sustainable growth across digital retail operations. Day-to-day tasks include leading senior leadership teams, evaluating business performance, guiding budgeting and investment decisions, and aligning operations with strategic priorities. The Group CEO will also oversee sales initiatives, foster key partnerships, ensure efficient processes, and promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and compliance. The role involves regular reporting to stakeholders and active participation in major commercial and organizational decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to optimize processes and drive long-term growth.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales and commercial leadership to expand market presence and improve revenue outcomes.
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing cross-border or multi-entity structures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in e-commerce, technology, or consumer products is highly beneficial.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person leadership in Dubai with remote collaboration.
