Growth Specialist (Contract)

Role Overview:
We're seeking a Revenue Growth Specialist to implement our detailed revenue optimisation strategy at EU Remote Jobs. This is a results-driven role combining marketing automation, email campaigns, and monetisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimise B2B and B2C revenue streams

• Set up email marketing automation and segmentation

• Launch premium services for job seekers

• Optimise conversion funnels for our products

• Improve the monetisation our newsletter

• Set up tracking and analytics for all revenue streams

Required Experience:

• Proven track record in revenue optimisation for digital platforms

• Experience with email marketing automation (We currently use Beehiiv)

• Proficiency with automation tools (Make.com/Zapier)

• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C monetisation strategies

• Strong familiarity with WordPress

• Data-driven approach with analytics implementation expertise

Key Projects:

1. B2B Revenue Optimisation

   • Implement cart abandonment tracking

   • Set up email sequences for customer reactivation & upselling

2. B2C Monetisation

   • Launch premium job seeker services

   • Implement new products for job seekers

   • Set up automated email funnels

3. Newsletter Monetisation

   • Implement sign-up forms with data collection automation

   • Implement subscriber segmentation

   • Set up automated sales funnels

   • Launch sponsored content program

Technical Skills:

• Email Marketing Platforms (Beehiiv)

• Automation Tools (Make.com/Zapier)

• WordPress

• Google Analytics

• Google Sheets

• Basic HTML/CSS

Contract Duration: 1-2 months with the possibility of extension
Location: Remote
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
