GTM Strategist / Go-To-Market Consultant

The Role We are seeking a seasoned GTM Strategist / Go-To-Market Consultant for a fully remote, contract-based engagement. Your primary objective will be to shape and execute PMGlide’s go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered solutions. You will work autonomously to identify our ideal customer profile (ICP), refine our pricing models, and build the foundational GTM playbook required to drive adoption and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Market & Customer Research: Conduct deep market analysis to identify high-value target segments, buyer needs, and our competitive positioning.
- GTM Playbook Development: Design and iterate on actionable GTM plans, including pricing models, packaging, and channel distribution strategies.
- Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex AI and automation capabilities into compelling, buyer-centric value propositions tailored to different personas.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate asynchronously with product and marketing functions to align messaging and coordinate launch activities.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate GTM performance data, market dynamics, and financial metrics to provide actionable recommendations and pivot tactics as needed.
What You Bring
- GTM Expertise: Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS, AI, or technology products from the ground up.
- Remote Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a 100% remote, asynchronous environment with strong self-management, prioritization, and independent execution skills.
- Strategic & Analytical Rigor: Advanced ability to interpret market data, evaluate campaign performance, and drive data-backed strategic decisions.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of finance and trading concepts to inform pricing strategies, revenue models, and complex market dynamics. Familiarity with project management tools and automation platforms is highly beneficial.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex strategies into clear executive recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
