We're Hiring: HHC / Risk Adjustment Coder (Remote) Are you a certified coder with experience in Home Health Care (HHC) or Risk Adjustment coding? Location: BGC, Taguig / Cubao, QC Schedule: Dayshift | Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities: Review and analyze HHC medical records for accurate ICD-10-CM and HCC code assignment Ensure documentation supports risk adjustment coding in compliance with CMS and payer guidelines Collaborate with clinicians to clarify diagnoses and improve documentation accuracy Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting strict compliance and audit requirements Stay updated with current coding regulations and best practices Qualifications: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), CRC, CCS, or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in Risk Adjustment and/or HHC coding Familiarity with CMS-HCC models and HHC documentation standards (e.g., OASIS) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with EMR and coding software Why Join Us?
