[HCM] AI Engineer - GenAI/LLM (Middle, Senior)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will design, build and ship GenAI applications (LLM, RAG, AI agents) for our clients, from requirement to production. You work directly with English-speaking stakeholders and own your solutions end to end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and deploy LLM-based applications: RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, document processing.
• Design retrieval (hybrid search, vector databases, reranking) and evaluate quality with clear metrics.
• Take features from prototype to production: APIs, deployment, monitoring, cost and latency tuning.
• Work with clients to understand business needs, present results and align technical work with their goals.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Scientists and Software Engineers in an Agile team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including LLM/GenAI applications running in production.
• Strong Python; experience with frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, MCP or similar.
• Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector, OpenSearch, Milvus...) and RAG design.
• Able to show results: evaluation metrics, users served, latency or cost improvements.
• Good spoken English for daily work with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, Data Science or a related field (Master's is a plus).

NICE TO HAVE:

• Fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), self-hosted LLMs (vLLM), LLMOps, evaluation frameworks for GenAI.
• Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Reinforcement learning (RLHF), GPU optimization, low-latency systems.
• Computer vision or speech experience together with GenAI.

Please note: this role focuses on building AI systems. Profiles that are mainly software engineering, data engineering or data analysis, with AI only as a side tool, will not match.
