The role

Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (which ideally, you aspire to become), you will be accountable for overall revenue and profit margin across the pillars, supporting our robust, expert management team in generating work. You will be a key proponent of the embedment of our operating model (EOS) and be deeply committed to helping scale TUNDRA without diluting our culture or the quality, values and client trust that got us to where we are today.

You will:

· Own delivery revenue, margin, pipeline conversion, and utilisation across the pillars, assisting the whole team in the collective responsibility for winning work.

· Convert your own network into qualified opportunities and durable multi-year client relationships in asset-intensive industries.

· Lead the Managers of each of our business Pillars, positioning each of them for success and building the next generation of consulting Managers and Senior Consultants beneath them.

· Own portfolio governance, delivery quality, and engagement health.

What you'll bring

· 15+ years in professional services, with meaningful time inside a recognised consulting firm and a track record of leading senior engagements end-to-end.

· Delivery credibility across more than one asset-intensive industry: mining and resources, oil and gas, energy and utilities, heavy infrastructure, transport & logistics, agribusiness and manufacturing all particularly highly regarded

· A proven originations record: book of business built, accounts grown, and revenue and margin targets consistently met as a P&L or portfolio owner.

· An entrepreneurial mindset: you have a fire in your belly for building or scaling and you are energised by the gap between where TUNDRA is today and a firm five times the size.

· Exceptional leadership craft: a clear pattern of positioning your people for success and inspiring people to do their best.

· A strong, active senior network across ASX-listed and private operators, advisors, PE and infrastructure funds, and industry bodies in asset-intensive sectors.

· An appetite for change and growth, and comfort operating inside an EOS rhythm of accountability charts, rocks, scorecards, and honest issues lists.

The practicalities

Fully remote, Australia-based, with regular travel to client sites and team gatherings. Permanent, full-time. Competitive base plus performance-linked incentives tied to delivery revenue and margin.
