We are seeking a Regional Administrative Officer to provide effective high-level, confidential administrative and office management support for our Barwon South West Regional Management Team.
This is an ongoing full-time position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Barwon South West Office (Belmont) in line with our hybrid working model.

About The Role
Reporting to the Director Regional and Clinical Operations responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Act as the initial point of contact for the Barwon South West region by screening calls, answering enquiries and management of inbox
- Provide secretarial support to the leadership team including diary management, booking of meetings, function coordination and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and collate monthly/quarterly reports
- Maintain effective and efficient filing systems
- Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information in accordance with AV's privacy policies and procedures
- Use financial systems to process invoices
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Demonstrated substantial experience and expertise in providing high level administrative support
- Experience with the use of electronic file management and administrative systems
- Ability to work within a team to achieve shared work goals
- Judgement and maturity to handle matters of sensitive and confidential nature
- Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the internet
- Certificate IV or above in business studies/office administration (desirable)
