About the role

As part of Haleon's Commercial Digital Services organisation, this role supports the delivery of digital products and capabilities that are transforming commercial execution, customer engagement, and go-to-market effectiveness across global markets.

As Head of Product Management Go-To-Market Transformation, you are accountable for the strategy, roadmap, and value delivery of Haleon's GTM Transformation programme.

This role owns the product direction for critical capabilities including Next Best Action, Retail Execution, Salesforce of the Future, Pharmacy Experience Lab, and myHaleon, ensuring they work together as a coherent, scalable product ecosystem that materially improves commercial execution.

You will translate GTM strategy into a clear product roadmap and ensure solutions are adopted, scaled, and embedded across markets and organisational units. You are accountable for end-to-end product outcomes for the GTM Transformation programme, from problem definition and prioritisation through delivery, adoption, and optimisation.

Working in a highly matrixed environment, this role requires strong commercial and operational judgement, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to balance delivery pace, usability, and long-term sustainability.

Key responsibilities:
GTM Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Go-To-Market Transformation programme.
  • Translate enterprise and GTM priorities into clear product outcomes and success measures.
  • Ensure Next Best Action, Retail Execution, Salesforce, and pharmacy capabilities operate as an integrated product set.

Value Realisation & Commercial Impact

  • Ensure GTM products deliver measurable improvements in sales effectiveness, execution quality, and productivity.
  • Establish and track value metrics, KPIs, and outcome measures across the GTM portfolio.
  • Govern product performance, recommending where initiatives should be accelerated, adapted, or stopped.

Stakeholder Leadership & Alignment

  • Act as the primary product partner for Commercial, Sales, Pharmacy, and GTM leadership.
  • Build alignment across Commercial, Marketing, Digital & Technology, and Organisational Units.
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and realised value clearly to senior stakeholders.

Delivery, Governance & Risk

  • Operate within the CDS product operating model, ensuring effective governance and prioritisation.
  • Proactively manage dependencies across Salesforce, pharmacy, and digital experience initiatives.
  • Contribute to investment planning, vendor strategy, and lifecycle decisions for GTM capabilities.

Product, Technology & Data Partnership

  • Work closely with Technical Services and Architecture to balance delivery pace, cost, and sustainability.
  • Partner with Data teams to ensure GTM products leverage insights, analytics, and decision-making capabilities effectively.
  • Ensure transparency around assumptions, limitations, and confidence in decision-support outputs.

Experience & Capability Integration

  • Work with Product Experience and Design teams to ensure GTM products support intuitive, user-centric end-to-end journeys.
  • Take accountability for scaling and industrialising successful concepts from the Pharmacy Experience Lab.
  • Lead and develop Product Management capability within the GTM Transformation programme.
