Head of Marketing You've probably walked past our lockers on the streets of your city. That's where it starts — but we're building something much bigger: the infrastructure layer for how Europe receives parcels. We've scaled past €100M in revenue across 9 countries in under four years, with tens of millions of people using our products every month. We're one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe. We are in search of a Head of Marketing to join our team as our new #bloqstar. Here's the context: Bloq.it 's marketing function took us from unknown to established — the industry knows who we are, and we already work with most of the major players in European logistics. That chapter is done. The next one is different. We need someone who can shift marketing from awareness to revenue impact — building the positioning, sales enablement, and account-based strategies that help us win the deals that matter, launch new product lines, and make sure Bloq.it 's brand stays as sharp as the company grows. You'll work closely with senior leadership and the founding team to shape how Bloq.it shows up to the market — not just what we say, but how we sell. What you’ll be doing: Own Bloq.it 's brand positioning and messaging across all markets and product lines — ensuring consistency and clarity as the company expands into new verticals and geographies; Build and run an account-based marketing approach for a focused set of high-value enterprise accounts, working hand-in-hand with the revenue team to support targeted outreach, pipeline acceleration, and deal support; Lead sales and revenue enablement — creating the decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive briefs, and narratives that help our commercial team sell effectively and confidently; Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product and business lines, translating complex propositions into clear positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers; Own Bloq.it 's external presence — website, events, partnerships, thought leadership, and PR — with a focus on enterprise credibility over broad reach; Partner with Product and Revenue leadership to ensure marketing is tightly connected to what we're building, who we're selling to, and what the market needs to hear. What you’ll bring to the table: 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a meaningful portion in enterprise or infrastructure-oriented businesses — you understand long sales cycles, complex buying committees, and how marketing supports revenue in that context; Proven experience with account-based marketing — not just the concept, but the actual execution: identifying target accounts, building tailored campaigns, coordinating with sales, and measuring pipeline impact; Strong brand and positioning instincts — you can take a technical or complex product and turn it into a story that enterprise buyers understand and care about; Experience in sales enablement — you've built the materials, playbooks, and narratives that commercial teams actually use, not shelf-ware that gets ignored; The ability to think commercially — you understand revenue, pipeline, deal stages, and how marketing maps to business outcomes. You're comfortable in a forecast review, not just a brand workshop; Experience in a business scaling from €100M to €1B+ in revenue — you've seen what marketing needs to look like at that trajectory and know what changes as the company grows; Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to write and edit at a high level — from a LinkedIn post to a board-ready positioning document. It would be great if you would also have: Experience marketing physical products, hardware, or infrastructure — where the product isn't a screenshot but something that gets deployed in the real world; Background in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery — understanding the industry's language and buying patterns; Experience supporting go-to-market for new product launches or business line expansions in a B2B context; Familiarity with European multi-market marketing — adapting positioning and campaigns across different countries and cultures; Why join us? A rare inflection point — you're not building marketing from scratch and you're not maintaining someone else's playbook. You're reshaping the function for the next stage of growth; A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning; Competitive salary and flexible benefits package, tailored to your experience and skills; Access to a stock option package — you'll have skin in the game as Bloq.it continues to grow; Performance-based bonus, tied to your results and designed to reward your impact; Work how you work best — we offer a remote-friendly policy and flexible hours so you can stay productive and keep life balanced; Portuguese Health Insurance including mental health; Flexible Sports and Wellness membership covering multiple gyms and studios. Bloq.it is an equal opportunity employer. Hiring decisions are based on merit, competence, and qualifications — not on race, gender, nationality, or any other personal characteristic. If you require any special arrangements during the recruitment process, please let us know so that we can accommodate you in the best possible way. Ready to join the revolution?
