Head of Operations

Role Description The Head of Operations at Saudi Hiring will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that processes run efficiently and align with organizational goals. This part-time remote role involves designing and improving workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address operational issues and implement best practices. The Head of Operations will manage resource allocation, support budgeting and cost-control efforts, and prepare regular reports and insights for leadership. The role also includes setting operational standards, guiding team leaders, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and organizational scalability.

• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage costs, forecast expenses, and support financial planning.
• Experience in remote and part-time leadership roles, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in operations leadership within recruitment, HR services, or professional services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
