Head of Operations - Fintech

Our client is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee client operations, regulatory execution and control discipline across its Irish and UK entities.

Role:

You’ll lead and develop Client Operations and Client Delivery teams, support client onboarding and launches, and partner with Commercial to ensure a smooth transition from contract to delivery.

The role also covers vendor oversight, regulatory engagement, control improvement and remediation, and distributor governance. Manage a small team of managers.

Person:

• Senior experience in operations, risk or regulatory execution within payments, e-money or regulated financial services;
• strong knowledge of Irish and UK regulatory expectations, including CBI, FCA, DORA and AML/CTF; and atrack record of leading teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Confidence engaging with regulators and turning regulatory requirements into practical operational action is essential.
