Head of Private Banking

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Head of Private Banking at AMAM Co. for Real Estate Appraisal. The Head of Private Banking will oversee private banking relationships, focusing on high-net-worth clients with interests in real estate and related investments. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, advising on tailored financial and real estate portfolio solutions, and aligning private banking services with the company’s valuation and research capabilities. The role involves leading coordination with internal teams, monitoring client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Private Banking and Finance skills, with experience serving high-net-worth clients.
• Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term client partnerships.
• Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills, including asset allocation and risk assessment related to real estate and financial products.
• Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Relevant experience in real estate or investment banking, particularly within the Saudi market, is highly beneficial.
• Advanced analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
