Position Overview StaffHero is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals. This is a high-performance recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers results. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare positions and can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Success in this role means consistently placing 2–4 Registered Nurses (RNs) per week. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, and interview Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical experience, licensure, and cultural fit. Verify licenses, certifications, credentials, and employment history. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. Build long-term relationships with candidates to develop a sustainable talent pipeline. Meet weekly recruiting KPIs, interview goals, and placement targets. Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring priorities and fill urgent openings quickly. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients. Demonstrated success recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and other clinical professionals. Proven ability to consistently achieve 2–4 RN placements per week. Experience recruiting for permanent, contract, or travel healthcare positions. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and Boolean search techniques. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting CRMs. Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Preferred Experience recruiting for multiple U.S. states and healthcare specialties. Knowledge of U.S. nursing licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements. Experience working in a staffing agency or healthcare recruiting firm. Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and onboarding processes. Performance Expectations Consistently achieve 2–4 RN placements per week. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates. Meet established KPIs for outreach, interviews, submissions, and placements. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining speed and quality. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and clients. Work Arrangement Full-Time Remote Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office required.
