Hiring Sales Closer - Remote

CallCooky is hiring one experienced remote cold caller / appointment setter in Pakistan to call US small businesses, mainly home-service businesses.

We build AI phone agents that answer missed calls, collect customer details and help businesses handle enquiries. You'll qualify prospects and book demos. Our founder handles demos, pricing and closing.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Previous outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience with English-speaking prospects is required. You must speak fluent, clear English, handle objections naturally and keep accurate CRM notes. An American accent is preferred; proven calling ability matters more. This is not an entry-level role.

HOURS AND PAY

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 pm – 2: 00 a.m. Pakistan time (PKT): 25 hours per week.

• PKR 20,000 base per completed 25-hour week (PKR 800/hour), during the trial and ongoing work.

• Two-week paid trial: PKR 40,000 base for 50 hours, plus earned incentives.

• PKR 1,000 per qualified demo that takes place.

• 10% of collected monthly service fees for six months for eligible clients from your demos. Details are in the final section.

• Base and demo payments weekly; recurring commission monthly.

Hours worked, including onboarding, are paid at the agreed rate whether or not you are retained. Ongoing work depends on trial performance.

We provide leads, a US number, dialer/CRM, scripts, qualification guidance and founder coaching. You need a computer, reliable internet, a headset and a quiet workspace.
