Manage all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and documentation. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, health and safety information, and local customs. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire honeymoon planning process, ensuring clear and timely communication. Handle any changes or unexpected issues that may arise during the travel period, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging destinations, and travel regulations to continually enhance the quality of our offerings. Qualifications: Previous experience in luxury travel coordination, destination wedding planning, or a related role is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and partners. Passion for travel and a keen understanding of what makes a honeymoon truly special.
