Who we are
Fund Partner ("FP"), formerly known as Capital Achievement (The Lab) at Ataol, is a service-led partnership structured as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), offering search fund management, venture studio management and family office services, with a liaison office in the UK.
Ataol is a financial partnership offering M&A and debt advisory services and diversified financial affairs management. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, the Partnership has established a strong reputation for structuring and implementing transformation solutions for its clients.
Ataol has maintained a presence in Istanbul since 2013 and in Izmir since 2024, serving clients within the Turkish market.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Hospitality & Leisure Entrepreneur (Venue Development and Partnerships) for an initial 12-month entrepreneurial engagement within our Entrepreneurship Programme at the Fund Partner Marketing and Communications ("FPMC") Lab.
As the Hospitality & Leisure Entrepreneur, you will represent Fund Partner, own venue development for the Hospitality and Travel App ("the App"), and establish venue partnerships, onboarding and commercial growth, working on a peer-to-peer basis with the Partners, solely with Bahadır Ataol for this spin-off, and third-party technology partners.
The role
• Conducting field visits to hospitality, food & beverage and entertainment venues to assess commercial fit and partnership potential
• Setting and applying qualification and onboarding criteria for venues to be included in the App
• Identifying, approaching and negotiating partnership and onboarding agreements with venue owners and operators
• Building and managing a pipeline of target venue partners spanning hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment and travel
• Reporting partnership status and venue insights to the product and technology partners, to inform the App's product direction
• Representing Fund Partner in partner meetings, hospitality and leisure events and venue engagements
• Supporting the Lab's venture through business development activity, product marketing, messaging and user acquisition
The profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International or Public Relations, Hospitality and Tourism Management or a related field
• Recent graduates and early-career candidates (no more than two years' professional work experience)
• Strong interest in business development or partnerships; familiarity with the hospitality and travel sector: a plus
• Working knowledge of AI-powered contact and pipeline management tools: a plus
• Interest in entrepreneurship and building ventures from zero to one
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Ability to travel to Turkey and the EMEA region
• Proficiency in standard office tools
• Degree from a UK or European university required
This role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional travel, both international and in Turkey, for field visits, venue engagements and partner accompaniment.
Remuneration
This engagement carries no fixed salary; instead, it is structured as a success fee tied to securing mandates under a cooperation agreement, plus the opportunity for an equity option in a potential spin-off vehicle.
Note
We do not accept applications submitted via agencies.
