HR Operations Specialist

Role Description The HR Operations Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will support day-to-day HR operations for Predixion, including maintaining HR records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding for members, and assisting with HR documentation and policy implementation. Responsibilities include supporting employee relations within the student body, helping resolve routine queries, and ensuring clear communication of HR processes and club guidelines. The role will also involve collaborating with club leadership to refine HR practices, support event staffing and volunteer management, and help foster an inclusive, engaging environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Operations and HR Management for managing processes, documentation, and day-to-day activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies to support compliance, policy communication, and structured club governance.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations to help maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Comfort working with digital collaboration tools and basic HR or record-keeping systems.
• Prior experience or coursework in HR, administration, or student organizations is beneficial.
• Demonstrated interest in analytics or management education, and the ability to work effectively with diverse student and academic stakeholders.
