About the Role Reporting to the Head of People, the HR, Strategy & Operations Personnel will design and execute scalable people programs to attract, develop, reward, and retain top talent. This role focuses on building job architecture, leading annual compensation and performance reviews, overseeing global equity and salary benchmarking, and leveraging HR tech systems to support rapid organizational scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance & Career Frameworks: Manage the annual performance appraisal, promotion, and calibration processes; maintain job architecture and career paths; and create structures for tracking performance improvement and top-talent action plans.
• Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to define compensation philosophy and reward strategies; manage salary, equity, and benefits benchmarking across global geographies; and design the annual compensation review process.
• Equity & Leveling Advisory: Advise managers on salary leveling and reward structures while developing customized equity models tailored to employees across different operating countries.
• Tooling & Workforce Analytics: Build systems to manage equity, compensation, and performance workflows; continuously evaluate HR program effectiveness; and track employee sentiment to optimize people operations.
  
  

Requirements Proven experience managing HR/People operations within fast-growing tech startups or scale-up environments. Strong expertise in job evaluation principles, benchmarking methodologies, equity management across multiple countries, and compensation survey platforms. Advanced project management, quantitative analysis, Excel proficiency, and experience utilizing modern HR technology platforms.
