Remote Worldwide (Must work USA Time Zones)
Full-time Contract • Long-Term Commitment
Radish is searching for a strategic thinker and technical expert with a deep understanding of Revenue Operations and the HubSpot ecosystem.
You’re reading this because you love solving complex business challenges, whether it’s architecting data models, automating intricate sales and marketing lifecycles, or optimizing the lead-to-revenue process. You have the technical skills to build robust systems and the strategic mindset to ensure they drive measurable growth.
🧠 What This Role Is
You’ll be hands-on inside the team, owning the day-to-day systems and client accounts that keep revenue operations moving forward.
We’re looking for a sharp, technical generalist who’s part strategist, part builder:
- You’ve managed complex HubSpot portals and RevOps implementations before.
- You’ve used Notion, Airtable, Zapier, or Google Sheets like power tools to sync data and automate flows.
- You know what it means to move fast, stay organized, and bring structure to messy processes.
- You can take a complex business problem and turn it into a clear roadmap, technical solution, or scoped ticket.
🚀 Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Strategy: Own a book of business, taking full ownership of account management and project management duties.
- RevOps Execution: Drive end-to-end revenue operations strategy, optimizing lead scoring, attribution modeling, and pipeline architecture across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
- Client Business Systems Strategy & Implementation: Architect holistic client system roadmaps and execute the hands-on setup, custom workflows, and data syncs.
- Sales Engineering: Support the growth team as needed with new business consulting, scoping, and technical deal strategy.
- Sprint & Operations Management: Break complex features and systems builds into clear tasks, run development/implementation sprints, and clear blockers independently.
- User & Client Feedback Loops: Interface directly with users and key client stakeholders, turning feedback into actionable system updates, documentation, and playbooks in Notion or Sheets.
- Continuous Improvement: Audit portals and workflows regularly to test, optimize, and streamline operations every week.
✅ Required Skills
- Extensive HubSpot Experience: Deep background developing solutions, systems, and processes within HubSpot (Agency years treated like dog years: 1:7 ratio).
- Mastery of the Client Voice: Proven experience managing client relationships, expectations, and project timelines directly.
- HubSpot Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience designing and managing complex portals across CRM, Sales Hub, Content Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
- Modern Tooling & Automations: Experience using tools like Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or Postman to manage workflows and cross-tool data syncs.
- Data & Analytics: Expertise in data hygiene, custom reporting/dashboards, and mapping integrations between HubSpot and external tech stacks.
- Communication & Execution: Excellent async and live communication skills in native/fluent English, with a track record of managing deadlines and resources independently.
🌟 Bonus Points
- Formal HubSpot Certifications (RevOps, Salesforce Integration, Platform Consulting, or Certified Partner Training).
- Experience with Data Hub, custom-coded workflow actions, or bulk management tools (e.g., managing HubSpot CMS content via Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Make or Tray.io, as well as SQL or advanced BI reporting tools.
- Experience building a tool, playbook, or MVP from scratch.
🔥 This Role Is for You If
- You’re a natural builder and problem solver, not just an advisor.
- You like owning outcomes and accountability, not waiting for direction.
- You want to join an agile, growing team where you can shape processes and scale with us.
- You’ve said: "Give me the problem, I’ll figure it out."
