What You'll Do

✅ Lead and optimize Human Resources and People Operations processes across the organization.

✅ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and organizational growth.

✅ Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, development, and offboarding.

✅ Partner with leadership teams to drive workforce planning, talent development, employee retention, and organizational effectiveness.

✅ Foster a positive workplace culture by leading employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

✅ Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.

✅ Manage compensation, benefits, and performance review programs.

✅ Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Lead and mentor HR team members while improving operational efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

✔ 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Management, or related leadership roles.

✔ Previous experience within the healthcare industry.

✔ Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, compensation, and benefits.

✔ Experience leading HR initiatives in fast-paced and growing organizations.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into people-focused initiatives.
