Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations in a remote, full-time capacity. This role includes developing and implementing HR policies, supporting leadership with workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations across multiple regions. The Human Resources Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing HR documentation, coordinating benefits and payroll inputs with relevant teams, and responding to employee inquiries. The role will also involve designing learning and development initiatives, fostering an inclusive culture, and partnering with managers to address talent development and retention needs.

Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Ability to design and support learning and development programs, as well as engagement and retention initiatives.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills suitable for a distributed, remote team.
- Experience working in or with fintech, payments, or international business environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software tools and comfort with remote collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
