This role takes responsibility for delivering support to the Local Authority’s Education Teams in their use of the Education Management Information System - MRI One (formerly Capita ONE). We need you to provide support in the collection and maintenance of school data, working with system users to fix issues, support system upgrades and setting up new users. Your work will make a valuable contribution to the smooth running of our Education teams here at GCC. About You: To be successful you will have some experience of using or administrating data collections systems, using your skills to support users of the Council’s Education departments. We also need your team-focused nature as you work with our Project and Systems Officers to support on-going project work. Your experience of providing first line system will support the teams focus on achieving outcomes for our customers.
