Role Description The Immigration Paralegal will provide day-to-day support to attorneys on a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions and humanitarian relief cases. Responsibilities include gathering and organizing client documents, preparing and reviewing immigration forms and supporting evidence, drafting cover letters and legal correspondence, maintaining case files, and tracking deadlines. The role also involves communicating with clients to collect information, provide case updates, schedule appointments, and prepare them for filings or interviews. This is a full-time remote position.



Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law with a focus on Immigration Law, including familiarity with relevant statutes, regulations, and procedures.
  • Experience handling Immigration Issues and Visas, such as family-based petitions, employment-based filings, and humanitarian applications.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting forms, letters, and supporting documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Comfort working with case management software and standard office tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, document management).
  • Prior experience as an immigration paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal support role is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic
