Job Summary

ITP Group is looking for Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our recruitment team and support our clients by sourcing, screening, and successfully placing qualified candidates across different vacancies and industries.

This is a commission-based freelance opportunity suitable for recruiters who are target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Search for candidates according to assigned job requirements.
• Review and screen CVs.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Shortlist qualified candidates and submit them to the recruitment team.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and talent pool.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with the Recruitment Team Leader.
• Follow up on candidates until successful placement.
• Meet agreed recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
• Ensure professional and confidential communication with candidates and clients.

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social media recruitment.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
• Target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Previous freelance recruitment experience is a plus.

Job Compensation

Commission Based – No Fixed Salary

• Earn commission for every successful placement.
• Commission is calculated according to ITP's approved recruitment commission structure.
• Commission details will be agreed upon before starting the assigned vacancy/project.
• Higher performance and successful placements create higher earning potential.
