With 600+ people from 57 nationalities across 23 locations, we’re a truly global team headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Amsterdam, Dubai, Bristol, Shanghai, Eindhoven, and across Southeast Asia.
We power global commerce through a dual model. Our B2B solutions, Codapay, Coda Webstore, Coda Links, Coda Distribution, and Giftcloud, enable publishers and brands to monetize and distribute digital content globally. On the consumer side, we operate a portfolio of trusted storefronts including Codashop, Recharge.com, Startselect.com, and mobiletopup.co.uk, that give customers secure and easy access to game top-ups, digital credits, vouchers, gift cards and prepaid products in over 70 markets.
Our culture is built on respect, ownership, and collaboration. We move fast, support each other, and celebrate wins together.
If you’re looking to grow your career and make a real impact in a global team, Coda is the place for you.
The Opportunity
As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead enterprise-level merchant integrations across Codapay’s global markets. You’ll serve as the technical authority in payment API solutions, manage cross-functional coordination, and mentor junior teammates. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical experience in system integration, strong project ownership, and a passion for scalable impact.
What you'll do

Own technical relationships with high-value or multi-market merchants
Design and propose solutions for non-standard use cases (e.g., multi-currency, special routing logic)
Lead technical deep-dives, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations
Ensure secure, compliant, and optimized integration implementation
Merchant Success & Technical Guidance
Monitor integration health and recommend performance improvements
Conduct technical business reviews with strategic partners
Act as the escalation point for critical technical blockers
Translate merchant feedback into actionable improvement proposals
Internal Advocacy & Process Optimization
Maintain complex scenario runbooks and reusable templates
Propose automation or tooling to reduce integration effort and errors
Improve SLA turnaround and cross-team workflows
Team Mentorship & Enablement
Coach junior specialists and support their case handling growth
Keep documentation, checklist and process guides up to date
Collaborate in hiring and onboarding of new joiners
Drive knowledge-sharing culture across the team
What you'll bring
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously during US business hours (remote), effectively troubleshooting and solving complex issues with minimal supervision.
Client-facing experience with strong communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, webhooks, and authentication standards (e.g., JWT, request signing).
Hands-on debugging skills using tools like Postman, SQL, and log management platforms (e.g., Kibana, HyperDX).
Experience supporting payment systems or fintech merchants (highly preferred).
Strong project management and coordination skills across multi-time-zone projects.
Fluency in English with comfort working in multicultural, cross-regional environments.
