Role Description The Independent Affiliate is a full-time remote role responsible for promoting StorysSpire Advertising Solutions’ services and driving qualified leads and new business. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building relationships through digital outreach and networking, and educating prospects on how StorysSpire can evaluate, diagnose, and treat their advertising challenges. The role involves developing and executing personal marketing strategies, tracking outreach activities, and reporting on performance metrics and conversions. The Independent Affiliate collaborates with internal teams to refine messaging, share feedback from clients, and support continuous improvement of service offerings while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and client relationship skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Experience with online marketing, social media outreach, and basic advertising concepts, including understanding of ad performance metrics and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and professional time management.
• Prior experience as an affiliate marketer, account manager, or in a similar commercial role is beneficial; familiarity with advertising or marketing agencies is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with productivity and CRM tools (e.g., email platforms, spreadsheets, client tracking systems) and willingness to learn new software.
