Role Overview

Lead a new product from design concept to manufacturing as a CAD Product Designer. Collaborate across design, engineering, and production to create modular buildings and components that are visually, structurally, and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design and refine modular products and components.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing/production drawings.
• Produce high-quality renders and visualisations.
• Optimise designs for cost, materials, and assembly.
• Maintain CAD libraries and standards.

Essential Skills:

• Strong SketchUp, AutoCAD and SolidWorks proficiency.
• Excellent 2D/3D CAD and rendering skills.
• Understanding of structural design, tolerances, and fabrication.
• Experience with real-world manufacturing.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and communicative.

Desirable

• Modular or prefabricated construction experience.
• Steel/timber structures, sheet metal, or CNC fabrication.
• Familiarity with KeyShot, V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion or other rendering software.
• Experience with FrameCAD design is highly desirable and can qualify candidates for the upper end of the salary range.

Salary Range

PKR 100,000–150,000 (fully remote)
