User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Build and maintain reusable Figma components and design systems.
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review implemented interfaces and identify design inconsistencies or UI issues.
• Conduct basic user research and usability analysis when required.
• Improve existing products through UX audits, redesigns, and usability enhancements.
• Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation for development teams.
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, design patterns, accessibility standards, and emerging design tools.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, grids, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working with Figma Components, Auto Layout, Variants, and Design Systems.
• Strong prototyping and interaction-design skills.
• Ability to create developer-friendly designs and specifications.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end concepts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SaaS, dashboards, CRM, ATS, fintech, or enterprise applications.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
• Experience with design handoff and developer collaboration.
• Familiarity with accessibility and WCAG principles.
• Experience using AI-powered design/productivity tools.
• Experience creating landing pages and marketing websites.
• Understanding of UX analytics and conversion optimization.
