About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Coordinator to support creator partnerships across both brands. You’ll handle daily creator research, outreach, gifting coordination, follow-ups, and affiliate tracking.

The ideal candidate has strong written English, understands beauty content, and can keep multiple campaigns moving while building meaningful relationships with creators.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify influencers, UGC creators, and affiliates who align with each brand’s audience and aesthetic.
• Send personalized outreach through email, social media, and creator platforms.
• Coordinate product gifting, collect shipping information, and work with our fulfillment team to track deliveries.
• Follow up with creators to confirm product receipt, answer questions, and track agreed content deadlines.
• Support affiliate recruitment, onboarding, product recommendations, and ongoing communication.
• Maintain accurate trackers for outreach, responses, shipments, content, affiliate links, and campaign results.
• Organize creator content and document permissions for use across marketing channels.
• Coordinate campaign briefs and product information with the marketing team.
• Monitor creator posts, collect links and performance data, and identify strong partners for future collaborations.
• Prepare weekly reports covering outreach activity, content received, affiliate sales, and next steps.
• Flag missed deadlines and resolve routine issues promptly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator outreach, or a closely related role.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write thoughtful, personalized messages.
• Experience supporting U.S. brands or working with U.S. creators preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and beauty creator content.
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets, campaign trackers, and a high volume of follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.

Preferred Experience

• Beauty, skincare, nails, wellness, or consumer product brands.
• Platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or similar creator and affiliate tools.
• Product gifting campaigns and UGC coordination.
• Tracking affiliate revenue, engagement, and creator performance.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, remote position based in the Philippines.
• Availability for agreed working hours with overlap with our Los Angeles team.
• Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
