A UK-based property education and mentoring business supporting property investors through courses, coaching, and live events. The CEO is the face of the brand and regularly appears on podcasts, in the press, and on stage.

About the role

This is a marketing coordination role, not a content creation or graphic design role. The CEO creates most of the content. Your job is to make sure it reaches the right places, keep the relationships behind it running smoothly, and report on what's working.

What you'll be doing

• Research podcasts, pitch and book the CEO as a guest, send materials to hosts, and manage the relationship before and after each episode
• Manage monthly press article submissions and coordinate photography
• Handle logistics for live and digital talks: bios, headshots, slides, diary scheduling, and organizer follow-up
• Update the website and CMS with new podcast, press, and talk content
• Track and report results across podcast, press, talks, website, and customer lifetime value

What we're looking for

• Experience in PR, partnerships, talent booking, or marketing coordination where you dealt directly with outside contacts such as podcast hosts, journalists, or event organizers
• Hands-on experience updating a website or CMS (WordPress or similar)
• Comfortable building simple reports from raw data and explaining what the numbers mean
• Strong written English and the confidence to represent a CEO to outside contacts
• Organized, independent, and able to run several threads at once without close supervision
• Reliable home setup: own computer, stable internet, backup power and internet, and a quiet workspace

Nice to have

• Experience in property, real estate, coaching, or education

Schedule and terms

• Full-time, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM UK time (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila time)
• Rate: £4 per hour during the 3-month probation, £5 per hour after
• Paid monthly
• Time tracked via Time Doctor
• Long-term role, remote, independent contractor basis
