Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infor XA Business Analyst (Non-Finance Modules) to support ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and application maintenance services across manufacturing and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Infor XA, business process analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).

Map business processes and recommend process improvements.

Infor XA Functional Consulting

Configure Infor XA modules to meet business requirements.

Recommend standard ERP solutions and best practices.

Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

Support system optimization across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

Execute functional and integration testing.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate defect fixes.

Data Migration & Cutover

Support master data and transactional data uploads.

Perform data validation and reconciliation.

Assist with cutover planning and execution.

Go-Live & Hypercare Support

Support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolutions.

Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing application support.

Required Infor XA Functional Expertise

Candidates should have experience with the following non-finance modules and business processes:

PTP (Procure-to-Pay): Purchasing, supplier management, and receiving.

STP / Order-to-Cash: Customer orders, pricing, and shipping.

LTC (Logistics-to-Customer): Inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

Manufacturing planning and production control.

Material management and inventory management.

Shop floor control.

Demand and supply planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8+ years of hands-on Infor XA functional experience.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.

Experience with Infor XA navigation, functional configuration, master data setup, and workflows.

Knowledge of purchasing, sales order processing, inventory, and production operations.

Understanding of ERP integration touchpoints with finance and manufacturing.

Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or Application Management Services (AMS).

Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation skills.

Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.

Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment.

Experience coordinating with business users, technical consultants, and project teams.
