Inside Sales Representative (Remote) – 1,300 USD/month + Bonuses

Pay: 1,300 USD/month plus performance bonuses. Full-time, fully remote.

Talentige is hiring an outbound Sales Representative (SDR) to help a fast-growing US company in the industrial sector win new business. You'll connect with decision-makers at manufacturing and industrial B2B companies, open meaningful conversations, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

What you'll do

• Prospect daily by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Research target accounts and identify the right decision-makers (operations, procurement, plant and facility managers)
• Qualify leads and book discovery calls for account executives
• Follow up consistently and keep deals moving forward
• Keep calls, notes, and pipeline updates accurate in the CRM
• Meet weekly activity and meeting targets

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting experience
• Professional-level (or better) spoken and written English
• Confidence with high-volume cold calling to US prospects
• Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B experience is a big plus
• Organized, driven, and results-oriented
