Description Consultant/Trainer Remote Position – Travel Required You’ve spent years working in or with an independent insurance agency. Duties As a Consultant / Trainer, you serve as a trusted advisor to independent insurance agencies. This is not a call-center role, a quota-only sales job, or a one-size-fits-all training position. You will: Partner with agency owners and teams to improve operations, workflows, and performance Guide teams in using modern agency management systems and technology in practical, right-sized ways Support agencies in developing and empowering their people Improve the customer experience for agency clients by streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and creating consistent service experiences across the agency.
