The opportunity:

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.

Program details:

An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities.

2027 Program dates:

• June 14 – August 20, 2027

• Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday – Friday, PST

• July 6 – July 9, 2027: Intern Optional Summer Shutdown

Position title: Intern, Benefits Project Management

Your role at Sephora...

As the Benefits Project Management Intern, you will support the Total Rewards team across key initiatives while applying a process-improvement lens. You will gain hands-on experience identifying inefficiencies, developing practical solutions, and helping optimize day-to-day processes. This role reports to the Benefits Communications and Project Manager.

What you will accomplish:

• Support the Benefits Communications and Project Manager during key project milestones, including intake, kickoff, and weekly project meetings.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify process-improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.

• Assist in developing project management and optimization tools, with a focus on AI and automation.

• Build proficiency in web-based collaboration tools, including SharePoint, to help streamline HR project and team assets.

• Create standard operating procedures and other documentation that support change management and sustained adoption of best practices.

Qualifications & experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience using collaborative tools such as Box, SharePoint, or Google Workspace.

• Experience using and maintaining AI-driven tools.

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on organization and accuracy.

• Enthusiasm for process improvement and proposing creative solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across virtual meetings, email, and business chat.

Eligibility requirements:

• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 (undergraduate or graduate degree)

• Work schedule must align with 9-5PM, Pacific Standard Time

• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.

• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions *
