Internal Controller

This is a remote position.

NOT A CONSULTING ROLE

Primary Responsibilities:

• Entering financial transactions and maintaining financial records in Zoho Books
  
• Monthly account and bank reconciliations
  
• Month-end closings of financial statements
  
• Weekly internal meetings
  
• Creating a monthly closing process
  
• Develop KPI metrics
  
• Create a Budget and reporting package
  
• Report directly to Senior Management
  

Education and Required Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
• Minimum 3+ years of Controller experience
  
• Familiarity with Zoho Books and QuickBooks online, preferably at least an intermediate level
  
• Knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoom, and SharePoint is preferred but not required
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction
  
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel is a must; PowerPoint, Access, and Word skills are desirable
  
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to be detailed but adept at thinking strategically to influence business decisions
  
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
  
• Demonstrated the ability to work with team members in a very fast-paced and high-growth environment
