International Tax Manager

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteer role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role coordinates volunteer activities, including scheduling, onboarding, and supporting volunteers involved in PNG IT Network community programs and events. The coordinator maintains regular communication with volunteers, addresses questions, and ensures a positive and inclusive experience for all participants. Daily tasks include organizing volunteer training sessions, assisting with community outreach initiatives, maintaining volunteer records, and preparing brief reports on participation and program outcomes. The role also collaborates with core team members to align volunteer efforts with PNG IT Network’s mission and event calendar.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training, including coordinating schedules, onboarding, and supporting volunteer teams.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to engage effectively with volunteers, partners, and community members.
• Experience or interest in Community Outreach, including organizing events, online sessions, or campaigns that engage IT professionals and students.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid work environment.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., email, collaboration platforms, spreadsheets) and familiarity with technology or IT communities is an advantage.
• Ability to work respectfully and inclusively with people from diverse backgrounds; prior coordination or community experience is beneficial.
