1) Redacción de proyectos de actas societarias, incluyendo poderes.
2) Gestión de documentación societaria con la escribanía (Estatutos, Designaciones de Autoridades, Poderes).
3) Coordinación y seguimiento de inscripciones en organismos públicos.
4) Recepción y seguimiento de notificaciones legales (cartas documento, oficios, pedidos de informes, etc.).
5) Redacción de proyectos de cartas documento, respuestas de oficios, pedidos de informes y notificaciones varias.
6) Solicitud de informes de juicios a abogados externos y actualización de reportes.
7) Revisión y preparación de contratos simples.
8) Administración del sistema de solicitud, aprobación y gestión general de contratos de la compañía.
9) Mantenimiento y organización de archivos físicos y digitales.
10) Tareas administrativas generales del área.
