Interview Scheduler (Talent Acquisition) | 12 Months Contract

What it's about As an Interview Scheduler within our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional, and candidate-friendly interview experience. You will coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones, enabling hiring teams to move quickly and make great hiring decisions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where strong ownership, attention to detail, and clear communication directly shape how Partners Group shows up to candidates worldwide. Key responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews end-to-end for multiple roles and hiring teams, often across different regions and time zones. Manage interview logistics such as calendar invites, video conference links, interview agendas, and panel coordination. Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders regarding scheduling, updates, and changes. Maintain accurate and timely updates in the recruiting system/ATS to ensure data integrity and transparency across the hiring process. Identify scheduling conflicts early and propose alternative solutions to keep interview processes moving efficiently. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize scheduling needs and meet turnaround time expectations. Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining scheduling workflows, templates, and coordination practices. What we expect 1–3 years of experience in interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, HR operations, executive support, or another high-volume coordination role. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and consistently deliver accurate work under tight timelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented approach when engaging with candidates and stakeholders. Comfort working with calendar and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Comfortable working in a global environment and coordinating across cultures and time zones. Availability to work midshift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH) .
