Investment Analyst / Consultant - DFI & IFC Experience

SyncTech Innovations Ltd and Revion Energy Limited are growing companies focused on technology-driven solutions and innovative energy services. We are seeking an experienced investment professional to support our companies with investment strategy, financial analysis, funding opportunities, and transaction execution.

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Investment Consultant with proven IFC and Development Finance Institution (DFI) experience to take ownership of our investment and financing process.

The successful candidate will work across SyncTech Innovations Ltd and Revion Energy Limited, providing strategic investment advisory support, identifying suitable funding opportunities, engaging with investors and DFIs, and coordinating the investment process from initial assessment through to transaction execution.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, take charge of the process, and provide practical recommendations that support the companies' growth and financing objectives.

• Lead and manage the investment and financing process from start to finish.
• Identify and assess suitable investors, DFIs, funding opportunities, and financing structures.
• Develop and review financial models, valuations, investment analysis, and projections.
• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence.
• Prepare investment memoranda, funding proposals, pitch materials, and investor presentations.
• Advise on transaction structuring, investment strategy, and financing options.
• Support engagement and negotiations with IFC, DFIs, investors, financial institutions, and other funding partners.
• Coordinate the information and documentation required for investment and due diligence processes.
• Assess investment opportunities and provide clear recommendations to management.
• Monitor the progress of funding and investment transactions and ensure timely execution.
• Provide strategic advice on fundraising and capital raising for both companies.
• Carry out other investment-related responsibilities as required.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, investment banking, private equity, development finance, investment advisory, or a related field.
• Proven previous experience with IFC and/or other Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).
• Strong experience in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting investment transactions from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of investment structuring, fundraising, and capital raising.
• Excellent knowledge of the African investment and financing landscape.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assignments.
• Experience working with technology or energy companies is an added advantage.
