We bridge the gap between young people in need of guidance and qualified practitioners. Following a recent quiet system launch, we organically recorded over 100 client bookings in just 30 days, proving that the youth are ready to talk. We are now scaling our clinical team for an official relaunch.
Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate, ethical, and dedicated mental health practitioners, counsellors, therapists or psychologists, including postgraduate students, interns, and certified professionals, to join our virtual team. This is a fully remote, flexible volunteer role designed to fit into your existing schedule while giving you robust field experience, a clinical footprint, and a direct path to career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide Tele-Counselling Support: Conduct confidential, empathetic, and evidence-based virtual support sessions for young adults and teenagers via our digital
gateway.
· Session Reporting & Documentation: Maintain professional standards by keeping accurate, timely, and secure reports or case notes for each session conducted. Proper reporting is a strict requirement to track client progress and ensure clinical safety.
· Adhere to Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest level of client confidentiality, professional boundaries, and therapeutic ethics at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· A background, degree, or ongoing advanced studies (Postgraduate, Master's, or Final Year) in Guidance and Counselling, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or closely related mental health fields.
· Strong active listening, empathy, and communication skills tailored to relatable youth engagement.
· A reliable internet connection, a smartphone or laptop, and a strict, private space to conduct confidential sessions without interruption.
· Ability to commit 3 to 5 hours per week (highly flexible; you set your own available hours on our booking calendar).
