Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications. Security Management: Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and IT assets. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international IT regulations and standards.
