IT Support (w/m/d)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Support professional (w/m/d) to join our team! Whether you're seeking part-time, full-time, or side-job opportunities , we welcome your application. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain Windows and Mac desktop computers . Perform basic laptop repairs . Assist with Windows Server setup and management . Configure and maintain WLAN networks . Handle basic cabling setups . Troubleshoot networking issues . Perform hardware IT setups , including PCs and peripherals. Set up email accounts. Understand DNS and domain configuration. Be able to travel to operation sites upon requirement. What We Expect from You Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written). Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role . A strong understanding of computer hardware and software . The ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. Basic knowledge of networking and server management . Being flexible, motivated, and eager to learn. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment . Eligibility to live and work in Germany.
