About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has a solid track record in building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Web Developer.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
