VA Web Developer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant (Web Developer) in a remote position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in web development, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites and web applications
  
• Maintain and update existing websites and web applications
  
• Collaborate with the team to develop new features and functionalities
  
• Optimize website performance and ensure compatibility across all browsers and devices.
  
• Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot any issues
  
• Keep up-to-date with emerging web development technologies and trends
  
• Manage and maintain domain names, hosting, and email accounts
  
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  
• Proven experience in web development
  
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
  
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  
• Understanding of SEO best practices
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  

Other requirements:

• Must have a stable primary internet connection and a backup connection
  
• Able to work in case of power outages continuously (has backup power source/ample power bank)
  
• Must have their own equipment that can handle programming software
