Full Bay Band: $550,000 MXN - $650,000 MXN + Benefits
New Hire Starting Pay: $550,000 MXN - $625,000 MXN + Benefits

The Role

The Junior Creative Strategist role supports business growth by developing foundational creative strategies and translating client objectives into clear, performance-oriented creative solutions. This role builds core capabilities at the intersection of creative thinking and performance marketing, contributing to campaign effectiveness through data-informed creative development.

You are a curious, growth-oriented collaborator who brings energy to brainstorms, asks thoughtful questions, and builds on the thinking of those around you. Your work helps Thrive deliver creative solutions that perform, and your development within this role sets the foundation for deeper strategic ownership as your expertise grows.

Your focus will of responsibilities will be:

  • Domain: support the development and execution of creative strategies by applying foundational knowledge of performance data, market research, and creative concepts to produce effective solutions.
  • Client: contribute to client relationships by preparing materials, supporting strategic conversations, and delivering clear, well-researched outputs that reflect client goals.
  • People: build collaborative relationships through active participation, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Company: contribute to organizational development by staying informed on industry trends and supporting initiatives that advance Thrive Digital's creative and performance capabilities.

We’re committed to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience that will create a strong foundation for your launch in this role:

  • In your first 30 days you’ll you’ll learn the company’s mission and values, complete your technical onboarding bootcamp, and onboard to your first account.
  • In your first 60 days you’ll be contributing to creative briefs, testing plans, and client-facing materials for your assigned accounts, applying feedback from senior strategists as you go.
  • In your first 90 days you’ll be an active contributor to creative strategy for your accounts - bringing your own research and ideas to briefs, creative recommendations, and client conversations.


Qualifications

  • You've worked on paid or performance marketing campaigns (paid social, search, or programmatic) and understand how creative choices affect metrics like CTR, CPA, or ROAS.
  • You've translated a creative brief or client goal into a strategic recommendation or creative concept - whether at an agency, in-house, or on your own projects.
  • You've used research (competitive, market, or audience) or channel performance data to shape or defend a creative decision.
  • You've prepared client- or stakeholder-facing materials (decks, one-pagers, recaps) that turn data or insight into a clear, compelling story.
  • You collaborate naturally across disciplines - you've worked with creative, media, or analytics partners to move an idea from concept to execution.
  • You stay current on industry and creative trends, and look for ways to apply what you learn to your work.
