You will gain hands-on exposure to commercial agreements, Swiss corporate matters, governance and international legal topics - with increasing ownership as your experience develops.

What you will work on

· Draft, review and support the negotiation of international commercial agreements across the group of companies.

· Help improve legal workflows and explore practical applications of AI and digital legal tools.

· Support Swiss corporate governance and corporate housekeeping matters.

· Contribute to compliance topics and practical legal risk management.

· Research legal questions arising from international business activities and translate findings into clear, business-oriented advice.

· Work directly with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external legal advisers where required.

What will help you succeed

· Master's degree in Swiss Law (MLaw).

· Fluent English and German, with confidence working with legal documents and business stakeholders

· High degree of self-motivation and work discipline

· Precise and methodical thinking and legal drafting with attention to detail

· Strong analytical skills and clear written communication.

· Pragmatic, reliable and solution-oriented approach with the confidence to ask questions and learn.

· Ability to organize priorities, take ownership and collaborate across cultures and functions.

· Genuine interest in commercial law and international business

· Practical skills and experience in using legal technology AI.

Previous full-time legal experience is not required, as long as you can show us your (self-)motivation, initiative and drive to succeed from any previous activity. Bar admission and/or international legal education (Common Law L.L.M. e.g.) are highly welcome advantages, however.
