  • GlobalCapital (GC): Trusted analysis and news for primary capital markets.
In 2026 Derivia Intelligence was acquired by the growth-focused private equity firm Triple Private Equity to further expand its financial infrastructure and B2B software footprint.

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the FOW Account Management team and grow a portfolio of key FOW clients.

You will build long-term client relationships, work with our product experts on each client’s priorities, and find new ways to grow every account.

FOW has focused on futures and options since 1997. You will manage clients across the FOW portfolio:
  • Reference Data: Contract Specifications, Trading Calendars and Regulatory Reporting, covering 120+ exchanges.
  • Symbology Service: independent mapping across vendor and industry identifiers.

Clients receive FOW data by SFTP feed, API or our online platform. They use it for trading, post-trade operations, regulatory reporting, risk management and client onboarding.

You will own client retention, renewals and growth, and share client feedback to shape our product roadmap.

The right person combines a consultative, client-first approach with strong commercial drive.

KEY OBJECTIVES
  • Grow your accounts through renewals, pricing, upsell and new business across FOW Reference Data and Symbology.
  • Hold regular client reviews to show ROI, align with priorities and secure renewals on time.
  • Build relationships at several levels in each account and understand how each client measures FOW.
  • Keep an account plan for each client, showing growth opportunities and renewal risks.
  • Match FOW data to client needs, such as regulatory reporting, symbology mapping and trading operations.
  • Work with client support and product teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Forecast and plan accounts monthly, quarterly and annually.

KEY INTERFACES
  • Work with the Director of Account Management to deliver against targets.
  • Share client requirements and feedback with FOW Product, Data and Content teams, such as new exchange coverage or regulatory data.
  • Support the wider Derivia Intelligence Sales Team to hit individual and company targets.
  • Keep in close contact with Global Sales, Operations and Marketing.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • 5+ years in account management or B2B sales, ideally with data or subscription products
  • Track record of beating retention and growth targets
  • Strong negotiation and renewal skills
  • Experience with banks, brokers, asset managers, fintechs and technology vendors
  • Working knowledge of listed futures and options
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting (MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC), preferred
  • Familiarity with symbology and identifiers
  • Experience selling data delivered by feed, API or platform
  • Salesforce experience
  • Pipeline management and forecasting
  • Skilled in MEDDPICC, BANT or another B2B sales methodology

ATTRIBUTES
  • Self-driven and results-focused, with a positive outlook
  • Customer-focused
  • Adaptable and enjoys new challenges
  • Plans ahead and reviews own performance
  • Strong focus on growth
  • Ambitious for the team and comfortable working at pace
