We are seeking a L1/L2 IT Support Engineer for a 12-month full-time remote contract in a Microsoft-centric environment. Deliver technical support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows desktops, networking, and Windows Server. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manage user accounts and servers, document incidents, and collaborate to ensure system uptime.
